Designed to accommodate low production volumes while maintaining maximum efficiency and robustness. A fully automatic linear machine with an intermittent star wheel system, designed for integration into production lines, capable of reaching up to 3,000 bottles per hour, and enabling fully autonomous operation.

Objective

Apply a wide variety of plastic caps with pre-threaded threads, flip-top caps, snap-on caps, special caps, Sport Caps, etc., to bottles, jugs, glass, PET, etc.
High flexibility allows the machine to be equipped with CM-706-TR magnetic heads, CP-101 pressure heads, servo heads, CM-706-TR/PZ gripper systems, or rigid cones, ensuring maximum capping efficiency and consistent torque.

Cap Feeding System

Via a “pick and place” system, an articulated arm picks up and delivers the cap from the channel with precision, transferring the correctly positioned cap to the head.
