We have our flip top cap machines in two models: the rotary capping system and the inline capping system. Both of them work with the pick-and-place system.
On the one hand, the rotary flip top cap machine comes with two different presentations: monoblocks and the triblocks. Each of them has a different production capacity that can go from 3000 to 60,000 flip top cap bottles per hour and can be done with a perfect compatibility with other components of your product, since we can adapt our capping turret designs to your specific production need.
On the other hand, with the inline capping system, you will be able to apply up to 3000 flip top caps per hour, but with the sophistication that we have since our intermittent star system and linear capper are automatic, allowing in this way a maximum efficiency of your flip top cap machine.
