Capping machines for Stelvin Lux caps
The rotary Stelvin Lux machine has a monoblock system as well as a triblock system. The monoblock controls the bottle and leads it to the capping head through a star wheel, while the triblock can place up to 6000 Stelcaps per hour. With the inline Stelvin Luz system, a company can seal around 300 aluminum Stelvin Lux bottle caps per hour with high performance as a result of its automatic intermittent star system and lineal capper. Both TEDELTA-CAR-100-ST and TEDELTA-CAR-101-ST will assure a completely sealed closure, which is the result of an upper safely seal along with the tamper-evident band found on Stelcaps. Both Stelvin Lux capping machines operate using the pick-off system.
