Jug Capper Machines for Every Industry
There are many different industries that manufacture products to be sold in jug containers. The most common applications would usually be in industries specializing in chemical products. For example, jugs are often used for cleaning products like bleach and laundry detergent, automotive products like windshield wiper fluid, and lawncare products like pesticides. However, these types of containers also have their applications in the food and beverage industry, occasionally being used for vinegar, maple syrup and, of course, milk. In any of these instances, jug capper machines are an excellent way to ensure the product remains properly sealed in its container.
In the case of chemical products, exposure to oxygen can sometimes cause the substance to degrade more quickly. And in the case of food and beverage, a perfectly sealed jug is, of course, vitally important to protect the product from spoilage and contamination with pathogens that cause foodborne illnesses.
4 models of jug capper machines
At TEDELTA, we offer four models of automatic capping machines that can be used to apply a variety of caps and closures to jugs made from glass or PET. In the video below, you can see a different option among jug capper machines, as this was a tailor-made solution designed especially for this customer.
But for many businesses, one of our standard capping machine models will be perfectly adequate. For large-scale productions, we recommend one of our rotary jug capper machines, either the TEDELTA-CAR-100-ST or the TEDELTA-CAR-100-TR, depending on the type of cap used.
On the other hand, smaller businesses with lower production volumes can benefit from one of the inline jug capper machines, either the TEDELTA-CAL-101-ST or the TEDELTA-CAL-101-TR, once again, depending on the type of cap used on the jug.
The difference between the “ST” and “TR” models is the way the caps are placed onto the jug before sealing, which consequently determines which types of caps can be used. Most jug applications will likely require one of the “TR” models, which use the pick and place system and can accommodate a wide variety of specialty caps.
