Machine built for maximum reliability and strength during high speed production runs that require different caps in the same production line. Our monoblock is composed of two or three capping turrets in series, reaching capping speeds from 3000 bph to 60000 bph depending on the amount of installed capping heads.

Cap dispensing system

Each capping turret allows independent use of different cap dispensing systems such as; Pick and Place and Pick- off, depending on the cap to be applied.
